Appearance:
Standing at 5’5, Amina has long blonde hair and green eyes. She prefers to wear her hair tied back in a ponytail, especially during fighting, so it doesn’t get in her eyes or stick to her neck on hotter days. She is of Scottish ancestry, thus has freckles on her arms, chest, and upper back. Anywhere she gets burnt, more freckles appear which annoys her greatly, as they remind her of her mother, whom she does not get along with.

When not in her sailor fuku, she prefers to wear jeans and a t-shirt/tank top. She loves the colour purple and also likes to wear blue, so those two colours dominate her wardrobe. She is a large in North American clothing sizes, which makes her feel a bit self-conscious in Japan as everyone else is so skinny!

Personality:
Being a Pisces, Amina is very spiritual. Her spirituality has developed over the years as she as learned to deal with her powers. She is very selfless, as she would rather help others than help herself. She takes care of those she cares about, and is very gentle and caring. She is also very emotional which stems from her empathy. She is able to pick up the emotions of others. If she’s not careful, other people’s emotions can affect hers. 

While she is able to go with the flow, Amina does prefer some stability in her life where she can get it. Being a Senshi doesn’t allow for much though. She tries to schedule her time and energy so she can accomplish what needs to be done. She is excellent at time management. Amina is introspective, as she does need to be aware of what she’s feeling and manage her feelings. She does tend to get lost in thought quiet frequently thought. She is sensitive to what others are feeling and tries to be compassionate if people around her are upset.

Amina loves to spend time with her friends and family, but she has a limit to the amount of time as she is an introvert. She would rather spend an evening in with a good book than go to a party. She has been hurt in the past by others who have taken advantage of her kind and caring nature, so she has some trust issues, as she is scared of the same thing happening again. This makes making friends very difficult these days for her. While she would never say it out loud, Amina seeks for recognition and praise from friends and family as she grew up without it.

History:
Amina grew up in Canada with her mother. She went to school and got a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. While she was doing her undergraduate degree, she constantly had a nagging feeling that she was needed in Japan. So while she was in school, she got her certificate to teach English as a second language. She now works at a high school in Tokyo. 

As a little girl, Amina was always able to communicate with spirits and feel other people’s emotions. No one believed that she was able to see spirits, and after being made fun of at school, she eventually learned to keep it to herself, lest anyone think she is crazy. Growing up being able to talk to spirits and feel other people’s emotions were difficult. Sometimes she would be angry for no reason at all, or sad. She eventually learned to be able to build mental walls from doing research in books and on the internet. Spirits would constantly harass her as a child, which made life difficult when she was little, especially if the spirits were scary. She spent a lot of time as a child being scared of her powers until she learned to control them. She hopes that while she is in Japan, that she is able to figure out why she has these powers and why she is a Sailor Senshi.

Storyline Specific Information

Decay- Sailor Soul's first encounter with the Solar Senshi happened shortly after the events with Galaxia. She had been in Japan at this time for several months. She kept in contact with them over the years, lending a hand with any threats as needed. She was there for the events that created Crystal Tokyo. For the Events of the Collector, she was rescued at the end by the brave senshi. 



Senshi Name: Sailor Soul

Senshi Fuku:
The body of her fuku is white as well as her gloves and her boots. The choker, collar, and the top layer of her skirt are the same colour, a medium purple. This colour is also the accent on her boots and gloves. The choker features a golden star on it and her collar has three gold stripes. 

Her skirt is a three colour tier skirt. The top layer is the same as her collar. The next layer is a lighter purple, which is the same as the belt on the skirt. The last layer is a dark purple. She wears a long bow as well as a wing shaped bow on the front, both in a lavender colour. Her tiara is gold with a light purple gem in the center. In her hair, there are two white barrettes. 

Purple is many areas is the colour which represents Spirit, so this is the primary colour of her senshi outfit. The white in her outfit represents purity.

Powers:

Spirit Blast: A purple glowing orb forms at the top of her sceptre and shots at the enemy. She can also form this attack with her hands. 

Soul Reaper Attack: Uses her staff. When the bottom of the staff touches the ground and the attack is called, dark purple wisps come out from behind her. They grab the enemy and drag it to the underworld. Extremely powerful attack which Anime does not like using as she feels very drained afterwards and cold from the contact that is required with the underworld. 

Misc Attacks: Due to the nature of her power, she is able to form short term contracts with spirits. This can lead to abilities such as telepathy, telekinesis, ability to sense other senshis, to tell if someone is lying or not, to new, more powerful attacks which she may or may not be able to do later without the aid of the spirit, depending on the nature of the contract. She has only ever gained one extra attack from a spirit, which is Soul Reaper attack. Most abilities fade after she thanks the spirit for the contract when she is finished with the ability.

Weapons or Magical Items: 
She has a purple and golden scepter with little white wings near the top which is round. This allows her to direct some of her attacks. The rod of the scepter can extend so it becomes a staff. 

RP Sample:

Amina sat on the bench underneath her window in her new apartment in Japan as she watched the rain come down outside. She saw people running to get out of the rain, some uses their briefcases to try and stay dry, others using newspapers. She started her new job at one of the local high schools tomorrow as an English teacher. The great part was that it was only about 30 hours a week, so it still left her plenty of time to explore the new country she was to make her home in, at least for the time being, and hopefully find out more about her powers. She was hoping to be able to visit some of the local shrines in order to learn more about her abilities to communicate with spirits and hopefully, somewhere along the line, she could figure out why she was a Senshi and why she felt the need to come to Japan in the first place. Who knows maybe I'll even make some new friends, she thought to herself.
