Okay so I thought about the break up a bit more!! In the anime King Endymion was the reason for the break up. So I thought why not have it be Demand? Because seriously it made no sense for future Mamoru to do such a thing... Thoughts???

He would send Mamoru visions of Usagi dying if they stayed together. Just like Endymion did. I think it would be more effected if the enemy did it instead.
