Appearance: Rei is a beautiful girl. She has long black hair. Her hair can sometimes look purple. She has purple eyes. Rei can be seen wearing her school uniform quite often. Her school uniform has a light grey blazer with a white button down top underneath. She had a red bow along her collar of her shirt. She also wears a short dark grey pleated skirt. She wears white knee high socks and black shoes. Rei is also a priestess at her family’s shrine. Her shrine maiden uniform is a long red skirt with a big white long sleeve shirt that wraps around her. Rei also likes to wear some casual dress outfits when out and about with her friends.


Personality
Rei can come across as stubborn and mean to some who do not know her, but those who know her that Rei’s passion for what she cares about is very obvious. She is strong willed and determined. She is independent and doesn’t feel like she needs a man to make her feel complete. She cares deeply for those around her, even if she comes across as bossy and mean, her intentions are well. She is serious when she needs to be, but also has time for fun with friends.

History:

Rei is a Shrine Maiden for her grandfather’s shrine after classes and on the weekends. She is a student at T.A. Private Girls Academy. Rei’s mother died when she was young. Rei’s father is in politics and is not involved in her life, and hasn’t been for quite some time.
 
Rei met a girl named Usagi and shortly after was awoken as Sailor Mars the senshi of flame and passion. She developed a bond with all the senshi. Her relationship with Usagi is notable. She is always teasing Usagi, and while some may say Rei bullies Usagi, Rei teases Usagi and would do anything to protect Usagi/Sailor Moon. Rei also has special psychic abilities and can sense enemies through her flame meditation.

Storyline specific information: Rei is 13 in this story, and I am planning on having her be super unwelcoming towards Serenity. She is doing it to protect her, but Serenity being young thinks she dislikes her, but Mars is just trying to do her job and protect the princess. She knows Serenity is eager to be a senshi, but the Queen has told Rei and the others, her daughter’s senshi powers are not to be awoken for some time.
